I was looking for a PFAS/PFOA-free pan option and found this OXO, a versatile, induction range compatible tri-ply pan with a glass lid, measurement markings, pouring rims, and oven/dishwasher safety. It has a helper handle, not wood handle, even heating and solid performance, along with thoughtful design features that make everyday cooking convenient. Since it's stainless, it is heavier than non-stick alternatives, the handle can get warm under high heat so use a pot holder, and the stainless steel exterior may discolor over time. While it may not match the durability or thickness of premium tri-ply cookware, it is a good choice for home cooks wanting a practical, all-purpose pan for making sauces, boiling, simmering, stir fry, etc.
