EKSuccess successful @ separating you from your $

Overall the cutter is poorly constructed and of poor quality. The blade fell out and I contacted the manufacturer 4 times...2 phone calls and 2 emails. No one responded to my request for a photo of the back of the cutter which would enable me to put this humpty dumpty circle cutter back together again. I'm sticking with FISKAR. They manufacture quality products and they have excellent customer service.
