Kaopectate Extra Strength Gas and Indigestion Relief Liquid, Mixed Berry, Simethicone 125 mg, 8 oz

Never thought I would be writing a 5 star review for kaeopectate gas relief but here I am. I have a malabsorption medical issue and pills do nothing and with that obviously comes severe gas and bloating. So I thought why not try the liquid versions of medications where I can find them. I've had quite a few and they are all gross and honestly unbearable… except this one. I'm shocked that I can tolerate the taste, it doesn't taste like alcohol or bitter medicine. It's just a thick fruity liquid. The thick consistency still isn't my favorite texture but the taste is extremely tolerable. And the dose amount goes down super quick, it's not a lot of liquid to drink. I drink it and then take a sip of water and it works quick and helps me get a little relief versus the nothing I was getting before.
