DO NOT BUY!!! Priced new, Shipped Used

DO NOT BUY!!!! It arrived with broken hinge plastic that clicks each time it is opened and lots of scuffs. Definitely NOT new! Same company sells refurbished units, which apparently they ship as their new ones as well. I saw they other bad reviews and one good and thought, I'll give them a chance. Mistake! Now I'm waiting to hear from them on my return and refund! I will update this depending on how that goes...
