Not only is it affordable, but my two-tone red/red-orange dutch oven rocks like AC/DC's signature logo, but with less energy, ha, ha. Seriously though, my dutch oven retains heat perfectly at medium temperatures to sauté chopped peppers, onions and minced garlic, for example. for traditional meals like Spanish rice, sopa de fideo, carne de puerco con chile verde. and more.
