Love the look works well..: my complaint is not user friendly no easy push and go everything is multiple push button and not name for instance popcorn setting is A-01 makes no sense lol Very confusing and door locks with every use you can just open door when complete kind of annoying

Disappointing

I love the design. The gold features are lovely, but the ease of use is a pain in the butt. I've read the manual but it doesn't really help. My kids and husband curse at it every time they use it because of the amount of times they have to keep hitting the "extra 30 sec" button until they get to the desired time. Design = A ! Ease of use = D which is sad b/c it is so pretty and I love Drew.
