I love being able to use organic lemons in my organic tea. I rinse my bag of lemons, place them in a freezer bag, and put them in the freezer until I am ready to use. When I want a lemon wedge for tea, I take one out of the freezer, run hot water over it for a minute, and cut it into wedges. I put one in my tea and the remainder go back in the freezer.

Really good lemons when they arrived

But I am knocking off a star because they started going bad WAY before they should have; it wasn't even 7 days and they were already getting too soft and 2 of them started molding. The thicker skinned produce usually lasts weeks and being single, I needed more than a week to consume them all. So I lost 3 or 4 of them in the end. Next time, when I order them, I will cut them up that day or the next and get them frozen to preserve them and use them that way. This will be good for smoothies if they are frozen anyway.

Worst looking lemons

I thought Halloween had come early! These were the worse looking lemons I've ever seen! They were mis-shapened and dis-colored. Something turned them brownish. Online ordering is a convenience for me because of a disability. This order made me question that. Bought lemons from somewhere else that looked and tasted great. Not convenient, but I got piiece of mind. .
