Best corn muffin mix for price

Jiffy vegetarian corn muffin mix is my favorite. The price is right and they taste great. I usually add 2 tbs melted butter to the mix and let sit 10 minutes prior to baking.

This veggie corn bread tastes great. It tastes just like the non- veggie kind that I used to be able to eat. It is a tad gritty, as all the jiffy's tend to be. But the taste is sweet and it's great for vegetarians! They rise just like the regular kinds do. And they come out of the oven just as large. Great for the price. This has become a staple item in our home;)
