Instructions Cold Therapy: Place room temperature pack in freezer for at least one hour for maximum performance. Place the pack on affected area with plush side applied to skin. Always use cloth or paper towel when handling non-plush side of pack. Do not apply Cold pack for over 20 minutes at a time. If pack causes discomfort, remove from body immediately. If gel beads contact body, wash skin thoroughly with soap and water. Heat Therapy: Wrap room temperature pack in towel and place in Center of microwave. Microwave pack for 25 Seconds and test pack temperature for comfort. If pack is not warm enough, reheat for 15 more seconds Pack should be Warm, not hot. If pack is too hot for comfort, allow pack to cool on tabletop until a comfortable temperature is reached. Place pack on affected area with plush side applied to skin. Always use cloth or paper towel when handling, non-plush side of pack. Do not apply heat pack for over 20 minutes at a time. If pack causes discomfort, remove from body immediately. If gel beads contact body, wash skin thoroughly with soap and water.

OMG! I love the plush side it's so soft! I was very surprised of how soft it is. I also like how small it is it's just the perfect size for what I need it for. I have many other ice/heat packs but I wanted a smaller one for my neck area this beats my expectations! I would not recommend it for lunches because of it being so plush. it would be great for headaches and smaller pain areas.

This ice pack is great for sore muscles! I deal with chronic inflammation pretty much all over my body, so I move the pack to another sore spot after 10-15 minutes. It's not overly freezing, so keep in mind it can warm up quicker than expected if you need something super freezing. I have sensitive skin though so it's perfect for me. I bought another one recently so I could always have one chilling, since I use it so often. 10/10 product, I'm very happy with it!

I bought two of these and I hate them in the morning in the microwave and place them on my neck and shoulder for arthritis pain and I really do like them. You just have to be careful to put a pillow behind you so of course they don't fall off I used at the same time as heated pads with straps for dry eyes..
