scam seller stay away

Stay away!!!!! i bought this as a baby shower gift 3 months ago, I paid full price for a brand new bathtub. the baby was just born and when opening the package , I got see it is a resell product with missing parts.!!! when reaching out to the company that there are parts missing they say it is over their 30 day policy and they won't refund or to get the missing parts will take more than a month. scam seller stay away!!!!
