Have had chronic sinus/ear infections past 40 years %26 need for long-term antibiotic use due to botched 1980 sinus/nasal surgery meant to correct deviated septum %26 facilitate normal sinus drainage, Suffered decades of reoccurring anaerobic (resistant to many antibiotics) sinus %26 middle ear bacterial infections. This lowcost Nextpure Otoscope Camera provided pain free proof a sinus cavity never fully healed, perhaps due to my autoimmune disorder difficulty treating anaerobic sinus infection (i.e., many antibiotics lacked efficacy in resolving anaerobic sinus related infection (basis of chronic sinus/ear inflammation, %26 breathing/balance issues, reduced stamina, immunity). Radiologist hesitant to use x-ray/imaging in head area in order to define primary basis, location, %26 extent of chronic sinus, ear, mouth, tongue (thrush) infections due to Imaging/x-ray radiation danger, But: FINALLY, thanks to this cutting edge, low cost, smaller, USB rechargeable 1080p Otoscope Camera (much cheaper, easier to use than an earlier model). Have finally obtained proof of extent, location, basis of chronic sinus/ear infection. Another example of patient's need to take ownership of health issue(s) inadequately addressed/covered by Health Care System due to Time, Insurance limitations. Thus, (Four Decades) of Sinus/Ear, Balance, Vertigo %26 Stamina issues may finally resolve thanks to data supplied by this Otoscope Ear/Nose Camera Patient (!) taking Assessment Initiative. 1080p video data supporting options inc. 1) Possible third (Corrective) Sinus Surgery; 2) Renewed prophylactic use of Meds, OTC Supplements (to improve sinus drainage, reduce inflammation, increase stamina); 3) Use of Nasal Rinse. So far, the product works very well. The app syncs every time, the picture is good enough, and the pieces it came with are good for my circumstances. It's even good for pet use, if you can successfully burrito them. I will say, the app itself, while consistently working, could have a better interface, and the camera can have a confusing perspective sometimes. There's a left ear and right ear function, but it just inverts the camera, and I don't think it's very effective. I usually just keep it on right ear for both ears. Also, not sure how long the battery is supposed to last, or if I just get lost in the satisfaction of cleaning out goopy ears, but the battery always runs out before I fully clean them, even the cats, but like I said, we got goopy ears, or the cat does. Overall, it has great ease of use, specifically for adults cleaning ears, an adequate battery life if you're doing a casual goop cleaning, and sometimes it's fun to use to see inside, uh, other places. There you go, there's your algorithm words and phrases 👍 10/10 Will clean my ears with this again
