This our first appliance of many. Our Autograph series dishwasher has all the bells and whistles that you would expect from a luxury appliance. The quality is superb and love the method of delivery like packaging the handle in a felt bag to prevent scratches and then inside a box with foam padding. Top notch.

ZLINE has an amazing product and the service was awesome. Not only was the product delivered faster than promised (2 days early), the delivery guys provided me amazing support and where to access simple videos on installing it as I've never done this. Turns out, the simple to follow visuals included with the packaging was all I needed, so it was easy to hook up and get working right out of the box in 30 min - seriously! Finishes off my custom remodeled kitchen. Super, super, super quiet (my wife couldn't hear it from the other side of the kitchen!), and we love all the different wash cycles as we load this bad boy and run it every day. Dishes come out sparkling clean every time, and I LOVE the 3rd rack for sharper knives, etc. and that you can raise the 2nd rack up and down to accommodate different sized items. SUPER SMART! ZLINE - keep it up, and I'm confident this is one of the best quality new 3 rack dishwashers on the market...and at such an amazing value.
