This is our go-to when one of our pups has a mild gastric issue that does not feel as if it requires a vet visit. I make a brown rice in extra water, add steel oats (the no additives kind), some chicken breast, and then mix the warm resulting soup with a cold can of this pumpkin, which according to the label, is 100 percent pumpkin puree and nothing else. The pups love it and it regulates their poopies.

Good for cat digestive health

i buy this for my cat as she has a sensitive stomach. If her digestion is off i add about a Tbsp to her meal and it helps. Be sure to use plain pumpkin, not pie mix. I transfer the can contents to an airtight storage bowl and it keeps well in the refrigerator for several days.
