Not only do I have to keep track of a fair amount of paperwork, but I frequently have incoming and outgoing documents that I'm working on. Given that I'm aware of the fact that I can definitely be a little disorganized this organizer works REALLY well for me. I like that it has space for me to hold my various pens and highlighters (I use a multicolored system of pen inks to stay organized) as well as spots to keep my incoming and outgoing documents seperate! It's got a perfect little area for my phone, and a couple smaller areas below it to store things like usb memory sticks and whatever other miscellaneous things I may need. Super sturdy construction and gold to boot, so it pretty much universally matches happens to be on the desk! Great addition to any space both stylistically and practically. Awesome product!

I have been utilizing it for mail and important school information so I can find needed documents quickly. I have also been able to find a pen when I need one instead of hunting through drawers.
