For ages 12 and older, stir two teaspoons of Benefiber prebiotic fiber powder into four to eight ounces of a non-carbonated beverage or soft food three times daily. We've tried a lot of fiber supplements due to a dietary restriction and Benefiber is by far the best. While made of wheat, it is so carefully processed that it's considered gluten-free. We've been able to safely use it because of that. Benefiber fully dissolves in cold liquids! It doesn't leave any sort of film or clumps like others have, so there's no nasty grain-y feel. We buy the unflavored, so it can be put into just about anything without changing the taste much. We've noticed that it seems to actually enhance the taste ever so slightly. We put it in tea and it brings out the natural sweetness more, meaning less added sugar.

This stuff is the best. I have IBS and have been struggling to go. Was willing to try anything at this point. First day drinking it I had a lot of gas. Second day thirty minutes after drinking my stomach start cramping really bad. Forty five minutes I was using the bathroom.
