A source of daily fiber, this unflavored powder contains the plant based fiber wheat dextrin to help nourish the good bacteria in your digestive system (1)(2). Sugar-free, gluten-free, taste-free and grit free, this clear fiber powder dissolves completely in foods and non-carbonated beverages like water, coffee or juice, so you can enjoy all the benefits of prebiotic fiber supplements in a variety of foods and beverages (2). For ages 12 and older, stir two teaspoons of Benefiber prebiotic fiber powder into four to eight ounces of a non-carbonated beverage or soft food three times daily. For children ages 6 to 11, use one teaspoon of this prebiotic fiber powder three times daily. Benefiber makes taking fiber easier.

Stir 2 teaspoons of Benefiber into 4-8 oz. of any beverage or soft food (hot or cold). Stir well until dissolved (up to 60 seconds). For optimal results, use 3 times per day. Actually dissolves!
We've tried a lot of fiber supplements due to a dietary restriction and Benefiber is by far the best. While made of wheat, it is so carefully processed that it's considered gluten-free. We've been able to safely use it because of that. Benefiber fully dissolves in cold liquids! It doesn't leave any sort of film or clumps like others have, so there's no nasty grain-y feel. We buy the unflavored, so it can be put into just about anything without changing the taste much. We've noticed that it seems to actually enhance the taste ever so slightly. We put it in tea and it brings out the natural sweetness more, meaning less added sugar.
