Order wrong again for the 3rd time.

This is the 3rd time that I get sent 1 can of dog food when I ordered a case of 12 cans. I paid 27.00 for 1 can of dog food. Unreal, the order filler should have seen it was a case of cans, not 1 can. This type of mistake has been happening repeatedly. It's frustrating because now I have to reorder and wait 10 days for my refund, for them to probably get the order wrong again.
