My go-to for soreness

This is my go-to for anytime I'm sore from overdoing it hiking, exercising, or being active. When you take this for the first time in awhile, you will have one of the best nights of sleep you'll ever have. However the effects do diminish by the second and subsequent nights. The pain relief is still equally effective but the sleep aid portion seems to lessen when taken several nights in a row. When I take this I wake up feeling refreshed and not drowsy.

I love Aleve, this is one of the only things that work when I have severe muscle, joint, or bone aches. The PM works even better; the medicine included to help me sleep works really well.
