This is my go to tool for cooking meats in the oven - and not having to continually open oven door to check cooking temperature. This is my second time to purchase (the first one lasted over 20 years). It has been updated with a wider grab section on the handle which is nice. A great tool to have on hand.

Great product

We had this exact model for several years and if finally wore out about a month ago and we instantly began the search to buy a new one. We have several other meat thermometers in the drawer next to the stove, but this was both my and my wife's go to when needing to tell when dinner was ready to eat. Great product and, like I said, we got at lease 5 or 6 years out of it. Also works great on the stove top, in the oven and on the grill.
