These rice crackers are my new obsession. I simply cannot get enough of them! Thankfully, they are quasi-healthy. If you're counting carbs, not-so-much, but if you're watching your calories and want a not TOO salty but a salt-satisfying treat, look no further. I pair them with hummus, and lunch is done. (I make sure to pack the Beano!) They are just fine on their own, but a little cheese or chip dip is a nice little addition, too. My personal favorite (so far) is the sesame. I am of the mind that you don't mess with success; I MIGHT try another one later. They are a bit pricey, and I'm not entirely sure why; the recipe doesn't appear to be terribly complicated. Once I've tried it (and had other people taste it), I'll report back with an edit. :)

I am gluten-free and absolutely love this cracker. Unfortunately now my entire family loves these crackers so we go through them very quickly! I do think they are a little pricey for the small amount in the box. But it is still my favorite cracker!!

Great gluten free snack!

I have some food intolerance issues, so I was so glad to come across this. They're like a mix between a cracker and a chip, almost like a corn chip in taste, but even better. They'd be great with nachos or any kind of cracker or chip dip. I love them with tuna salad. Hope they never stop making them!
