tastes fishy

The first time I had this in water, I felt challenged by its fishy odor, and regretted having bought a powder form. What was I thinking! But over time, my taste buds have shifted. It doesn't taste that bad now. But if you're one of those who are hypersensitive to the odor of seafood, do consider a tablet form.

Great magnesium supplement!

Wonderful company that provides quality products at good prices. I like that it has no other ingredients. My sleep quality had dramatically improved and I also feel way less stressed in stressful situations. NOW supplements had become my favorite supplement brand. Every product I've used of there's has been phenomenal. I mix this magnesium with my flavored bcaa's and it goes down easy. I highly recommend this product.

Excellent!

Magnesium Bisglycinate can help keep muscles healthy and reduce muscle cramps. In addition, magnesium can also improve sports performance. I do not take this daily but only when i do heavy exercise that day. I notice my sleep is improved when i take this supplement.
