Basic Cooking Instructions Stovetop: Bring water and salt to a boil. Slowly whisk in cereal, reduce heat to medium-low and cook, stirring occasionally, for 8 minutes. Remove from heat and let stand 2 minutes. ServingsCerealWaterSalt1 Serving1/4 cup3/4 cuppinch2 Servings1/2 cup1 1/2 cups1/8 tsp3 Servings3/4 cup2 1/4 cups1/4 tsp4 Servings1 cup3 cups1/4 tspMicrowave: Combine 1/4 cup cereal, 3/4 cup water and a pinch of salt in a microwave safe bowl. Stir well. Microwave on high for 1-2 minutes, or until water is fully absorbed, stopping every 30 seconds to stir. Let stand for 2 minutes. ~ Makes 1 serving. Slow Cooker: Combine 3 cups water, 1/2 tsp salt and 1 cup cereal in a slow cooker. Stir well. Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours or high for 1 1/2 hours. Stir well and serve. ~ Makes 4 servings. Keeps best refrigerated or frozen after opening.

I can probably get it cheaper at the COOPs that re over 100 miles away. I Love this product! More texture than oatmeal . I cook it fast in the microwave and enjoy it on the cold mornings. Sweeten often with maple sugar from local producers. I like Bob's Mill products I can trust them to be the same every time.
