HOW TO USE: Wash your hands before using your Lily Cup. Submerge cup in boiling water for 5-8 min before first use. Fold cup by pushing the front rim of the cup down and in. Angle your cup towards your tailbone and insert it upwards until the ring is inside. Gently squeeze the base of the cup then rotate slightly to create seal. I bought this years ago as a first go with menstrual cup. The two other brands I've tried just weren't cutting it for me. I repurchased the Lily Cup One twice now and have no intentions of using anything else. I love the loop on the cup rather than just a post of sorts. It compacts on itself for easier storage and travel which is a MUST for me. 10/10 would highly recommend.

I love it!
This was my first menstrual cup and the only one I've used. I bought a few years ago and it's still as good as new! I have a low cervix, so what I absolutely love about this cup is that I can make it a little bit smaller by folding it where the removal ring is and I won't even feel it's there. This one was a life changer and I'm saving the planet.

Years of Use!
I got this cup about four years ago. It's the first cup I ever used and now it's the only one I want to use! The loop is so amazing as I can just hook my finger through and pull. I've tried different cups but I'm so obsessed with this cup and sadly my cup loop broke today so now I gotta buy another one. It's honestly amazing, I can have the cup in for 12hrs with no leaks at all!
