I bought it to place on my power wheelchair, because I was tired of drivers not being able to see me clearly when I rolled down the street ! I made the pole long enough so that the flag was about a foot and a half over my head (when I am sitting on my power chair) !

The flag is wrapped up tight to the pool. You need to use a hairdryer to smooth it out once this is done. It will stay out and is ready to use. Be sure to use a hairdryer to move out. The flag lay the flag out and use the hairdryer on it once wrinkles are gone the flag is ready to use. Good luck and enjoy.
