I love Centrum Vitamins. They MAY cost more but they are worth it. Every time I try to save a little money and switch, I always get a vitamin that smells awful and tastes awful. I always end up going back to Centrum. Plus they have the most vitamins and minerals in it than other brands.

Who knew it would really make a difference

I liked that after taking these for about a week or so, I felt so much better. I was surprised and not sure it was the vitamins. So....I stopped taking them for about 2 weeks and went back to my old ones. And indeed it was the vitamins. It was weird, I walked better, felt better and had more energy. Okay, I am in my 70's and felt a difference after a few days. I recommend you try these. I did a side by side test between my old vitamins and these. There was actually a difference. It wasn't apples to apples...it was vitamin to vitamin.
