Lightweight for hanging containers
I bought this potting soil specifically for hanging containers, because of the weight. This soil mix is the lightest I've ever had, short of just using straight coir. This is a great mix for plants, and will drain nicely when we get harder rains. I'm actually growing flowers (pentas) in one container, and herbs (basil and catnip) in another. So far, the plants approve! I really love that the soil isn't compacting like some soils do. I would like to buy more of this very mix, but it's hard to find, and I need bigger bags.
