I have taken 1000mcg as perscribed for a long time and have enjoyed compliments from my friends. "you are looking better" and I say "thank you" knowing biotin works from the inside out to help me look my best. A "beauty nutient" treatment I can afford at age 74 from Swanson.

This product really does work. The results are slow. But you will see your hair grow. Especially your toenails. My face is always glowing. My skin doesn't dry out as quickly. I have been using it for a year. My hair is naturally brown but I diet blonde and can you tell how quickly my roots are growing out, which means my hair is growing more than before. I will continue to order this product. Walmart shipping is so convenient!
