its good, better than bottle!!!
I've used the pen a few times, it works better than the bottle, the bottle gets chunky after a while and thick, the pen works better as it doesn't do that, but it will get too much if you squeeze too hard, so you have to learn how squeeze just the right amount. the tape is also better because you dont get as much as you can by using the pen or the bottle, but you can end up losing all of it if it becomes tangled by slipping off the track, so they all have their pros and cons, its just a matter of which is the best for you.
