Futuro Deluxe Thumb Stabilizer L-XL Moderate Stabilizing - 1 each

This is EXACTLY the same Futuro thumb stabilizer that was being provided by the orthopedic surgeon during my appointment when I was administered a Cortesone injection for tendonitis in my thumb and wrist. BEWARE - physicians may charge significantly more for in-office supplied support braces and they typically require patients to sign a financial responsibility form saying YOU agree to pay for the item if it is not fully covered by your insurance provider. I asked to see the item IN UNOPENED PACKAGING so I could have a few minutes to evaluate and check coverage with my insurance provider. Thankfully, the Walmart App provides the ability to scan barcodes on packages! I was pleased to find this EXACT ITEM by scanning the barcode right in the doctor's office, and I achieved substantial savings. Walmart delivered the next day for free with Walmart Plus membership. This brace is so much better than all the rest, I can see why the orthopedic surgeon was using it and recommended the Futuro Deluxe Stabilizer for Thumb. Super easy to use for one-handed application, AND it's machine washable (on delicate with cold water). When washing, be sure to enclose the brace in a laundry bag (also available from Walmart) so it doesn't get tangled or snag on other items in the wash load. Overall, Futuro is a great thumb stabilizer brace, and tendonitus is healing beautifully after 3 weeks of full-time use of this brace. It's comfortable and the Velcro doesn't catch on my clothes. The perfect amount of compression and support for your thumb right through to your wrist. As pictured. you can still use your phone, and it protects you from catching your thumb on things and accidentally pulling on your sore tendons/ligaments. I am thankful that Walmart makes it so easy to find exactly what is needed with in-app barcode scanning, and they offer much more affordable pricing. Excellent product. reasonable price, so Walmart and Futuro are the best choice. Highly recommend!
