Grinch Stole Christmas Kisses—Literally

Hershey, what is going on with your Grinch-themed Christmas Kisses? The chocolates are noticeably smaller than they used to be, and it feels like we’re paying more for a lot less. Can we eliminate the little paper tag and put that extra cost back into the actual chocolate? On top of that, the bag was barely half full. For the price you’re charging, this is disappointing and honestly a bit insulting. This trend of shrinking products while raising prices is not going to work out well for you. Maybe instead of cutting the chocolate, you could consider cutting the CEO’s pay and give customers the quality and quantity we’re paying for. Do better, Hershey. We want our chocolate back.
