I started using this product approximately 15 years ago when I switched from eating blanched almonds to almonds that did not have the skins removed (because they nearly doubled in price!). Unfortunately I found I was not able to digest the unblanched almonds. After watching a nutritional program where they talked about digestive enzymes, I decided to try them with my almonds, and they worked! Living in different states, and since all items are not available nationwide, I was not always able to get the Solaray brand and would try another brand. None of the 3 or 4 different brands I tried worked as well as the Solaray, if they even worked at all! Highly recommend! #sweepstakes [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
