The first thing I did was fill it and boil some water to get any factory residue off, then I washed it....It washed up real nice, then I made some stew (slow cook) everything cooked up real nice. It cooks the food real even and it's actually a good looking item. Im happy with it.

im giving this every bit of 5 stars. i was only looking for a cheap pot to use in my motel while on job. although i couldn't exactly find information on if this works on induction cook top i took a gamble and tried. 1700W cook top with no issues. i would like to add i like this little pot more then a similar pot i bought on Amazon for $80, that stupid thing rusted in 1 use.
