Better Oats Instant Multigrain Hot Cereal with Flax, 11.8 oz (Pack of 1)

This was the a very good chicken sandwich meat ever it was not a disappointment!

It is important to know that this is unsweetened and unflavored. I add fruit and organic sugar to make it how I like. This is fine for me, because I can buy one box and add whatever fruit I want to. I can have organic sugar and other person in the house can add their alternative sweetener they prefer. The packet size may be a bit small for some, but there are plenty of packets in the box. I personally have a very small appetite, and the packet size is perfect for me. 20 years ago, I would have eaten 2 or three in a sitting, but now one is plenty for me. As long as you know it is unsweetened, then you should have no problems with this. It does taste very good and I like the flexibility of being able to add whatever sweetener or flavor I want to add.
