Tasty Meal

Despite being gluten free, which many people associate with bland tasteless meals, this selection very good. The kale stands out very nicely and has a nice texture. As does the cheese and the noodles heat up nicely in the microwave. a very tasty little meal and quick in the microwave.

This is 1 of my favotite gluten free tv dinners . I hate kale but luv it in this diner flavor is not your typical Mac n cheese I am not sure what kind of cheese is in here i think parmasen or Romano but its wonderful .Its not creamy like most mac n cheese but i like it " drier" anyway the crusty edged r the best!

nutritious, delicious, and expensive

I would definitely recommend this if you can't cook, or if you're just sometimes in a hurry for something quick and nutritious to eat. I really appreciate the NUTRITIOUS kale...However, it is really LACKING bread crumbs on top! What little there are, all fall off into the plastic package; and if you try to shake them onto the pasta, they stick to the plastic. That said, it is quite delicious! I get it at least once a month, mainly for the kale. The biggest downside is the price. You're going to get the same price with all of Amy's organic, frozen meals; if you're a vegetarian, or value organic food, you might find it's worth it.
