SlimFast High Protein Smoothie Mix, Creamy Chocolate, 12 Serving Container

Though I tried SlimFast years ago, it never worked as well before. The Advanced Nutrition Smoothie recipe has turned off the normal hunger in my stomach so well it makes me want to wait until later on for a meal. Things I learned in the past are not to think about wanting to chew food, and to believe the shake will make me full for many meals like having soup or a milkshake. This new recipe of SlimFast made it easier to ignore wanting to bite into some delicious type of favorite food because it contains ingredients that really seem to fill my stomach. My stomach stays feeling satisfactorily full for the four hours SlimFast guarantees on the label. It tastes great simply mixed with a spoon, wonderful in coffee, and very good as a shaken, frozen smoothie. This advanced kind of SlimFast also seems to work better than generic brands I have tried. Years ago when I stayed almost strictly on a liquid SlimFast diet for three to four weeks, I substituted a few meat only or soup only meals for several of the SlimFast meals. I slimmed down and lost 12-15 lbs. of weight easily.

I surprisingly liked this and I've already gone to buy my back up. This one only has enough servings for one week of shakes if you're following the slimfast diet rules of 2 shakes a day and a regular supper. The first time I used this I used skim milk . The shake was thick and creamy and tasted great. Again surprising. I was expecting it to be gross and have to choke it down like all the other protein powders I've tried. I attempted to cut the carbs and just mix this with water and ice in a blender but it wAsnt as good. I also tried adding instant espresso and that was ok. So I'm floating in the middle now and I'm going to try almond milk next. I did half way follow the rules of the slimfast diet and I lost 2 pounds in a week. It's nice seeing that number drop and still have chocolate! It did curb my hunger for almost 4 hours just not quite. I'm a heavy person and my stomach is crazy due to emotional eating and years of over eating. This shake was gentle in my tummy and I've had no adverse reactions.
