Chia & KETO

i received some chia seeds from Better Body Foods, this is an organic product, which is very important to me. I use chia in many different dishes, going from baking to cucumber water... and even to make my own jam. i am currently doing Ketogenic diet and i was concern if i was able to eat chia following a very low carb diet because chia has a modaerate amount of cabohydrates but more than half of this are fiber, which does not increase blood sugar or jeopardize ketosis. Unlike carbs, fiber isn't digested and absorbed and chia seeds contain the highest levels of fiber. Chia always provides a way to make you feel full, improving satiety. i eat chia and MANY different things but my favorite it is doing jam... it is sooo easy to make. and i make sure my family is eating healthier too. you only need strawberries, chia and a little steavia, i put almost not sugar on it because i like my jam less sweet than the regular one you find at the store... google it and give it a try. you wont regret it. Chia seeds this can be added to pudding, jam, cucumber water, baking, almost any of your cooking!, and it is a great source of omega 3! add chia to your life you won't regret it, and this product it is organic!

Love These Little Seeds!

These Better Body Foods Chia seeds taste good. I started with 1 TBSP for a week. Now I am eating them twice a day. The fiber makes my stomach feel full, so I'm eating less, which helps me lose weight. These Chia seeds are organic and a great source of Omega 3 fatty acids, and among the most nutritious food for my body. The Chia seeds are so tiny. I like to eat them dry if I'm in a hurry in the morning. If I am going to put them in my morning shake, I soak them in water first. The seeds plumb up and form a gel around them. Then I add them to my shake! The Chia seeds don't change the flavor of your shake! I love these Chia seeds! They are easy digestible. I really love this product. I have started adding them to my soup. I can't taste a flavor, but I know my body loves me for it!
