Instructions
Steeping Suggestions. Measure 1 level teaspoon (1.5g) of matcha into a dry matcha bowl or cup. **Add 2 oz. of heated (175°F) water to the bowl. **Use a whisk to froth. **Your tea should appear thick and foamy with tiny bubbles. Pour additional hot water and dilute to taste. **For a matcha latte, substitute steamed milk for the additional hot water and sweeten to taste.
