It came with all parts, including tools which made it easy to out together. The wheels move easily in all directions, so the cart goes whereever you want it to with very little effort . The 3 metal baskets hold a lot, and the high sides of the baskets keep things from falling on the floor. The design and color make the cart very attractive, so you don't mind it appearing in any room. It really helps with storage while giving easy access to whatt is stored on it.

Fits Under Desk for Storage
This cart was super easy to assemble. One of the easiest I have put together. The best thing is the size. It is exactly what I was looking for to roll under a desk/computer table to hold printing supplies, paper, envelopes, and ink. This is the only cart available for sale that I found that fits. The price was excellent for the quality, ease of assembly and overall fit.
