Perfect snack! My whole family loves these, ages 3-53. Salted just enough, quick, plant based protein snack. I also loved these for toddler snacks because it was a great way to occupy them by shelling the peas then snacking and work on fine motor skills.

Very tasty and good for you

These make a very good snack, which I, at least, never tire of. Very well thought of nutritionally, maybe more so than tofu, original unprocessed produce with maybe a gram of complete protein per 15 calories and 10% daily requirement of magnesium iron and calcium per packet.

Healthy snack to just pop in the microwave and yummoe. It's fun to eat, reminds me of eating roasted peanuts. You have to take your time and you're mindful of what you're eating, even though what you're eating is lots of protein and so healthy. Fills you up at a great price. And fills tummy for hours
