My grandmother swore by these, both my parents used them and now me and my family use them. There are some nights I would not be able to sleep without them. Just an fyi they will burn until you get used to them, but I have never had a dermatitis issue from using them and I react to most things.

these are really good pain relievers for the money they have a lot of ointment in there and you can really feel it on your sore spot the only issue that I do have with it is it doesn't stick very well it will peel off so if you're putting it on your heel or your foot you need to put a sock on or if it's on your lower back it's better to put something over it you know it has a good sticky it just doesn't stay on it when your body moves a lot that's the only issue that I have with it other than that they work great
