Simply add rice and water to the cooker, microwave based on the recommended cooking times, rest for 5 minutes in the sealed cooker, then fluff and serve! To make one cup of uncooked grains or approximately four servings, the recommended cook times and ratios are as follows: white rice (1 cup rice, 1.5 cups water, 10-12 minute cook time), brown rice (1 cup rice, 2 cups water, 20-22 minute cook time), quinoa (1 cup quinoa, 2 cups water, 12-14 minute cook time). Actual cooking times may vary according to the power settings of your microwave, the desired moisture you would like to achieve for your rice, and if salt is added. For best results, do not cook rice without water and do not overfill with water. The durable BPA-free plastic construction is also dishwasher-safe for easy care and clean up.
