Cuisinart Core Custom 10-Cup Multifunctional Food Processor | Anchor Gray

My mom had an older model of this machine, and from using others, I knew it was the one I wanted for my own kitchen! It works flawlessly, the storage is amazing and saves space while also keeping the accessories organized. I've already made tzatziki sauce and shredded cheese; can't wait to use it for more recipes!

My second Cuisinart ever! Amazingly, my first one is coming up on 30 years old. It actually still worked, but it was time to replace it as it had turned pretty yellow from its original white and the blade was no longer super sharp. But it was still a workhorse. If you want to know my thoughts... first, I think of it as a Cuisinart, not a food processor. To me, Cuisinart is synonymous with food processors. I know there are other brands... but I can't imagine even considering them. Second, this is hands down my favorite appliance. My old one had just the blade. This one came with a dicer and slicer attachment, and is just an absolute joy to use!
