The NeilMed Naspira Nasal-Oral Aspirator is a safe and effective 2-in-1 device that works as both a bulb aspirator and a nasal-oral suction system. It helps gently clear a baby’s nasal passages by removing excess mucus with continuous airflow of 5–10 liters per minute. The set includes disposable inline filters and a one-way valve for hygiene and safety. Replacement filters are sold separately.

Instructions
Hold the baby upright or semi-upright, ensuring comfort and security. Gently insert the tip into the nostril and suck through the mouthpiece, using more suction if needed. Pre-treat with saline drops or spray to loosen mucus. Repeat for the other nostril as necessary. Clean and disinfect after use. Replace the filter if soiled, after infection, or weekly.

how does all that fit in his tiny little nose
My son's pediatrician gave this to me to try because the bulbs from this hospital never worked well, and he would scream like a banshee anytime I tried to put it near his nose. This thing is amazing he fussed a little bit at first but calmed down pretty quick once I started using it and now his nose is completely cleared out. I'm still trying to figure out how that much snot could fit in such a tiny little nose.
