Up until now you''d have to remove your grill box to use a SG90 or SG100 Professional Griddle. Now you can keep your grill box over the left two burners and place the griddle over the right most burner. They''re a match made in heaven. Grill and fry all at the same time. The high, 90° griddle sides contain grease and prevent splatter Grease pools to the front of the griddle where it is ushered into a channel with a drain and cup (sold separately) Heat diffuser plate evenly distribute heat and reduce hot spots on the griddle Unmatched durability and portability This griddle fits over a single burner on Camp Chef's 16-in Cooking System Cooking Systems

I added this to my grilling system on my Camp Chef 3 burner stove. It completes the system with a gridle surface for those things that can slip through a conventional grilling surface.
