Urea based cream is the best!

This is simply the best hand cream. It is urea based. Urea is naturally present on skin through perspiration, but frequent hand washing removes it and leaves skin dry. Most hand creams just use oils and grease, but this replaces the natural urea that is lost in modern living. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
