I love this Mop out of All the others. I'm not sure if what I Am about to say If it says it on the Wrapper But I will tell you Now.... When using this mop there is one caring tip you must realize that the top head under the mop hair there is a place right behind the head tip as you pull the mop hair to the side . Under The mop hair is a place where the stick handle screws into the top head end it screws unscrews so as you mop say 2 or 3 time use it may come unscrewed and head mop top will come apart ITS ALL NORMAL.... IF U STOP AND DIAGNOSE IT MAKES SENSE FOR IT TO DO THAT NOW AND THEN DONT BE ALARMED OR UPSET All you need to do is lign bothe back up together and screw back in The first time it happened I thought it broke NO. Anyways this Mop is very Durable and works like a charm Everytime The fabric lasts thru any chemical. it's easy to clean if needed Usually never . I just soak in bleach And rinse But the fabric when it gathers the dirt it releases at the same time you rinse mop head.

With three little, mostly indoor, dogs -- I really need this. I tried getting it through another online source, but they sent me two spare mop heads and no handle. It seemed like I would never get the actual mop and handle, Walmart had it, sent it promptly and I had what I needed. Thank you. Delivery of perishable food items was not great, but that is another issue.
