Tastes natural and actually feels good on the stom

I've been going through this Activia blueberry and strawberry pack and honestly the taste surprised me in a good way. It's creamy but not overly sweet, which I like because some yogurts taste almost like dessert. Both flavors taste pretty natural, not artificial. I've been having one in the morning and it really does feel gentle on the stomach. I can't speak on all the science behind the probiotics, but I can say I feel better when I eat these consistently. The cups are small but work well as a quick snack or to throw into a smoothie. Overall it's an easy add to my routine and something I actually look forward to eating.

Great flavor , no artificial taste, i like to drink one on the way to work or pack with my lunch. My son grabs one in the morning to to drink on his way to the bus stop or after school as a snack. These also taste good when you add to a blender with strawberry ice cream and extra strawberries for a thick shake.

Straightens Out Your Gut

I don't drink this, my old man does. He's had stomach issues since being a kid and a friend of his gave him one and suggested he try it. Since then, he's been drinking one every morning and one at night. His stomach is doing much better. He swears by this stuff.
