Olive oil in butter keeps the butter from burning when cooking. It tastes better to me than just butter. I use in on my toast and fry my eggs in it. I grill my steak in it and that makes the steak taste better. I firmly believe that everything tastes better with butter. Healthiest butter. Butter is not good for you; but olive oil is. Together they should be neutral. LOL

I really like the hint of sea salt. It is very creamy. It does not have an oily taste like sometimes butter has. It's great toast and bagels. We cook with it. It lasts a very long time longer than regular butter and it's one of my favorites to order.
