Organic is always the best choice, but definitely for your menstrual cycles. It will drastically reduce cramping because it doesnt contain synthetic ingredients. Especially change to organic for your preteen or new teen thats joined the menstrual cycle club. Yes, more expensive, but so worth it. That also goes for pads. Theres plenty of coupons out there if needed.
