So I actually don't know what chai tea is supposed to taste like. I overheard older woman say the secret to her beauty was chia chai. So of course I went right into Walmart express. I put the two Tablespoons of chia seeds per half a cup of tea and it makes a pudding in a few hours. It tastes good. I did have to add a little sweetener. It is slightly sweetened not to much. I'm sure that is a selling point. It's much cheaper than having to buy all the spices. I will get it again.

My son and me both drink this and it is the delicious it has green tea in it which she's beneficial for everybody you know but it's just really rich and it's really good protein and I like that. I'm still glad that Walmart still stock is I don't know what happened to the other ones but it's OK. I got this and this is good enough.
