Everyone wants beautiful white teeth, and I'm no different. I do smoke and drink coffee so I always am concerned about my teeth's color. It's not hard to use at all just brush your teeth for 60 seconds, don't rinse, then apply whightner/polisher for another 60 seconds then rinse and POUF, a beautiful white, gleaming smile! I will definitely will keep using this again and again, and again! This is now my HG for whiter more beautiful teeth and I highly recommend this kit!
